Description
This darling, “Santa Baby”, high waisted skirt is created out of 100% cotton. It features “Santa’s belt and buttons” as well as a full skirt. I have a petticoat (NOT INCLUDED) under mine so it stands out. It is still full without the petticoat! The white ruffle on the bottom was created with a tonal white on white, giving it a snow flake look. The shoulder straps cross in the back and tie into a beautiful bow. I am CPSIA Compliant and all items are fashioned in a smoke free and pet free environment.
